Conni Mulligan: I am an Instructional Technology Facilitator for Buncombe County Schools in Asheville, North Carolina. I collaborate with K-12 administrators and teachers across curricular areas focusing on seamless technology integration. I am an Intel Master Trainer, QTL Instructor, a STAR Discovery Educator, FableVision Ambassador, iSafe Certified and currently hold the position of Chair for the North Carolina Discovery Education Network. I have spent time as a classroom teacher at both the elementary and middle school levels, as well as, an adjunct faculty member at our local college and community college. In my spare time, I work with the Asheville Puppetry Alliance where I enjoy creating, performing and promoting the art and craft of puppetry.
